Yoga can help us reach and maintain a harmonious balance in our life.

Monu Harnal has practiced yoga on a personal level for many years. She traveled to India to increase her own self awareness and while there completed a yoga certification program. She now guides others through personalized yoga and meditation sessions. She will forever be a student of yoga, and is pleased to be a teacher of it as well.

Sonia Dhingra became interested in the mind and body connection as a young child. She received her yoga training and certifications from the Sivanada Ashram and now teaches yoga, meditation and philosophy classes throughout the metropolitan Washington DC area.
